Success Bar must be the only gay bar in Tbilisi. The bar’s description on its Facebook page reads: “SUCCESS BAR is a free space from Homo/Bi/Trans phobia. Guests are required to treat other people with respect, regardless of their gender identity, sexual orientation, sexual characteristics, gender expressions or other status of personality.” I really like this space because places like this, where people can express themselves as freely as they please without any restrictions must exist in a society where homophobia is still alive. This place has a nice interior, sort of dark with red lights, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or have fun dancing to cool music. Success Bar frequently hosts events and features DJs, with relevant announcements made on FB. So keep your eyes open.

Dogtown is a very exciting hideaway. Here I get a feeling that some skateboarder’s spirit is hovering over my head. How will you feel? Well, that’s up to you. The interior is exciting and appealing. If you decide to visit this place together with friends, you can certainly have my approval, because here you can enjoy a wide variety of palatable cocktails with diverse enticing flavors, and yummy hotdogs. Most importantly, the prices here are more than acceptable. Here you can meet people brimming with the positive, both among Dogtown’s personnel and guests just like you. The music feels right, and if they have something exciting coming up, you can always count on their Facebook page. Really, just give it a shot, visit Dogtown at least once, and I guess you will go back without me reminding you about it.
